BBE Bamberg + Bormann Electronic GmbH was founded in 1969 in Arnsberg, Germany, at a time when business was still shaped by personal relationships, trust, and a strong sense of responsibility. These values have remained a cornerstone of our company culture to this day.

From the very beginning, BBE focused on clear technological priorities.
While co-founder Wolfgang Bormann concentrated on industrial sales and distribution, Michael Bamberg dedicated his work to the development and production of stroboscopes.

Early on, BBE also collaborated with the Italian company SIT S.p.A., manufacturing electronic components for products such as heating systems, cookers, and commercial kitchen equipment.
In 1997, BBE took over the distribution of SIT spare parts, establishing a third business segment within the company.

This combination of development, production, and distribution expertise has shaped BBE into a technically versatile and reliable industrial partner.
